She was predeceased by: her parents, David Smith and Rubye Stilwagon Smith; and her son Russell D. Meadows. She is survived by: her husband Willard Russell Meadows "Rabbit"; her daughter Crystal Wright (Stuart) of Elliston, VA; her grandchildren, Christina St. Clair, Kimberly Carlton, Joshua Wright and Alex Meadows; and her sister Roberta Linkous.
