She was predeceased by: her parents, Reverend Doctor Edwin S. Sheppe and Mary Smith Sheppe; and her former husband Adli A. Alliss. She is survived by: her husband Mobile Meals; and her children, Dora Dalmas (David), David Alliss (Deborah), Nancy Jones, Julia Lawrence and Dr. Randall Alliss (Rebecca). She is also survived by seven grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations may be made to Williamsburg United Methodist Church or to a charity of choice.
