She is survived by: her children, Tasha Blow (Robert Ford), Rhonda Blow, Ronald Blow of Norfolk, Dwayne Blow (Slyvia Blow) of Norfolk and Charles Blow of Norfolk; and her sisters, Vinisha Banks and Cassandra Walkers of Maryland. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousin, other relatives and friends.
