He was predeceased by: his parents, Margie Gregory Cornick and Joseph Roger Cornick; his aunts, Cornet Lynch and Barbara Brickhouse; his brothers, Wade Cornick, Jerome Cornick and Douglas Cornick; his sisters-in-law, Cynthia Cornick and Melvia Cornick; and his nephews, Jarrell Cornick and Eric Fannings.
He is survived by: his friend Duane Antoine Cornick; his brother Bostons; his son Kenneth Stevenson; his siblings, Debra Cornick, Phyllis Nadine Woodis (Bernard), Anthony, Donald, Kenneth (Jacqueline), Fred, Malcolm (Patsy) and Joseph "Doc" Turner; and his aunts and uncles, Claudette Dailey, Rosa Gatlin, Geraldine Flowers, Vickie Gooding, Alfonza Lynch, Clinton Dailey, Nelson Dailey and Garland Dailey. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
