He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles W. Dailey and Theolinda Dailey (Neeb); his wife Janet Buck Dailey; and his siblings, Mary Louise Prohinski (Mandy), Wayne, Charles (Bud), James (Doc), Horace (Honey) and John Dailey (Jackie).

He is survived by : his sons, Kevin P. Dailey of Virginia Beach, J. Brian Dailey (Mary) of Sarasota and Darin C. Dailey of Virginia Beach; his sisters, Gloria V. Wiggins (Glo) of Virginia Beach and Dorothy R. Petrulis (Tootsie) of Virginia Beach; and his grandchildren, Jamie, Stephen, Erin and Galen. He is also survived by his sons, family and friends.
