She was predeceased by: her mother Mamie Lee Foreman; and her daughter Sandra R. Foreman. She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Foreman, Dr. Anthony T. Foreman, Billy Foreman and Natasha M. Foreman; her grandchildren, LaAsia R. Foreman, Diondra S. Foreman, Jada L. Foreman, Danielle C. Foreman and Phillip M. Foreman; her siblings, Hazel F. Smith, Joyce Jones, Ann Foreman, Dorothy Moore, Valerie Foreman-Smith, Jasper Foreman, James Dupree, Donald Foreman and Alfred McGlone; and her great grandchildren, Jontez McInnes and Cevyn McInnes. She is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
