She was predeceased by: her parents, Bishop Levi Willis, Sr. and Hortense Willis; her brother Bishop Levi Willis II; her nephew Levi Willis III; and her aunts and uncles, Robert Jones, Oliver Jones, Hezekiah Jones, James Willis, Isaac Willis, Ellsworth Willis, Lindbergh Willis, Lauretta Jones and Mary Lee Williams.
She is survived by: her son Freddie Williams Jr. of Portsmouth, VA; her grandsons, Rick Perez (Christina) and Tim Perez; her great grandchildren, Robert, Jason, Elisa, Liam, Sierra, Brooklyn, Sophia, Kalie and Rico; her sisters, Christine Willis and Celestine Brown (Clyde); her sister-in-law Judith W. Willis; and her siblings' children, Steven Felton, Jr. (Michelle), Jasper Willis (LaTonya), Bishop Jonathan Willis (Felicia), Alexander Felton and Tiffani Willis. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Viewing will be held on Tuesday, August 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Prayer Temple - Zion City (1001 Church St, Norfolk, VA 23510). A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, August 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
