He was predeceased by: his parents, Thelma Loeb and Edward Loeb. He is survived by: his wife Shelley Loeb; his sons, Michael Loeb and Jason Loeb (Emily); his grandchildren, Jessica Loeb, Zachary Loeb and Jacob Loeb; his siblings, Sherry Schwartz (Stephen) and Brian Loeb (Kathy); his brother-in-law Ira Hochstadt (Lynne); and his cousin Stuart Kaplan (Debra). He is also survived by nephews, nieces, and many close friends.
He was extremely philanthropic and made generous contributions to many charities, especially The Alzheimer's Association. His father died with complications from Alzheimer's Disease, and Jeff always believed he would suffer from the same terrible illness.
