He was predeceased by: his wife Ida D. Ruffner; his parents, Fred Ruffner and Hallie Owens; his stepfather Montie Owens; his siblings, Nellie Jenkins (Millard) and Arthur Ruffner; and his stepbrothers, Harold, Eldon and Marion Owens.
He is survived by: his children, Keith P. Ruffner (Merry) of Flat Rock, MI and Felecia Dreblow (Royce); and his grandchildren, Seth, Rachel and Miranda. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
