She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Jerry J. Coggeshall and Ruth Coggeshall; her son Brian J. Phelps; her husband Dennis; and her children, Kathryn Harlow (Joel), Cheryl Taylor (Tony) and Tim Phelps (Lynn). She was also cherished by great grandchildren.
Interment will be private. A memorial service will be scheduled later (COVID rules permitting).
