She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Roy Monicure and Evelyn Craig Tadlock; her husband William Marshall Harrell; her children, William M Harrell Jr. (Paula), Virginia Anderson (Kevin) of Chesapeake, Andrew David Harrell (Amy) and Christopher Matthew Harrell (Ami) of Chesapeake; her friend David Hauer of Portsmouth; her grandchildren, Amanda Stair, Ashleigh Oakley, Brian Anderson, David Anderson, Andy Harrell Jr., Ava Harrell, Chris Harrell II, Katilyn Harrell and Matthew Harrell; and her great grandchildren, Alexis, Addison, Aidan Stair and Alijah Oakley.
In honor of Margaret's memory, donations may be made to the American Parkinson Disease Association.
