She was predeceased by: her parent John L. of Brookville, PA; her husband Ralph L. Wareham, Jr.; and her siblings, Mary Ellen, Patricia, Tom and Fixie.
She is survived by: her parent Pearl Irene Sullivan of Brookville, PA; her daughters, Annette, Christy, Donnie and Rick; her grandchildren, Jessica Jo, Sam Jo and Bobbie Jo; her siblings, John, Jackie and Irene; and her brothers-in-law, Clinton Dempsey and Ray Wareham (Marlene). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Crystal Coast Hospice or the American Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated.
