She was predeceased by: her sons, Ernest Martin, Jr. (Deceased) and Keenan Martin (Deceased); and her parent Helen Atkins. She is survived by: her brother Sherman Atkins (Janie) of Norfolk, Virginia.; and her children, Vanessa Featherston, Ronia "Tina" Martin, Timothy Martin (Ernestine), Paul Martin, Verlina Edmonds-Martin (Maurice), Michael Martin (Patricia), Reginald Martin, Delano Martin (Joanna), David Martin (Shelby) and Ronald McCloud (Audrey). She is also survived by her 18 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
