It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Phyllis Pruitt-Brown (Norfolk, Virginia), who passed away on January 6, 2021, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles Thomas and Marian Thomas; and her husband Edward Brown. She is survived by : her sons, Terry, Charles and Maurice; and her grandchildren, Mackenzie and Quinn.
