He was predeceased by : his parents, John Eugene Otto and June E Mitchell Otto; his wife Diane Otto; and his daughter Heather Godwin. He is survived by : his mother-in-law Diane L Watson Otto; his children, John Otto, Robert Otto, Shaun Otto and Shannon Childress; and his brother Hugh Otto (Tim). He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
