He was predeceased by: his parents, Marjorie Sherwood and Joseph Sherwood. He is survived by: his daughter Mary; his brother David (Mary Anne); his niece Dana Sherwood-Bukvic (Alen); his sisters-in-law, Barbara Sykes and Jeanette Sykes; his aunts, Dot Birch and Judy Harlow; his uncle Lin Willis; and his wife Kathleen Sykes.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to Hearing Loss Association of America (HLAA) @ hearingloss.org, as Mark lived with severe hearing loss for more than half his life, or the American Cancer Society @ cancer.org.
