He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph William Wright, Sr. and Hallie Boston Wright. He is survived by: his wife Mary Catherine Herring Wright of Orange; his children, Cheryl W. Phillips (Mark) of Richmond, VA and Robert T. Wright, Jr. (Valerie) of Orange; his brother Joseph W. Wright, II (Jane) of Hendersonville, NC; and his grandchildren, Auna Sobek, Barrett Wright, Chris Davis, Brenna Kuepfer, Caleb Wright, Matthew Davis, Seth Wright, Ethan Wright, Rachael Heatwole, Elizabeth Bouch and Jachin Wright. He is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Preddy Funeral Chapel (250 W Main St, Orange, VA 22960).
