He was predeceased by: his parents, William T. Taylor and Louise Rayfield Taylor; and his brother William R. "Bud" Taylor. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann Taylor; his sons, C. Rooks Taylor, Jr. (Kathy) of Cheriton, VA and Andy Taylor (Tess) of Oyster; his grandchildren, Amy Taylor, Drew Taylor, Hudson Taylor and Walker Taylor; and his great grandchildren, Emma and Taylor Appenzeller.
