She was predeceased by : her parent Zill Morris; her husband Alexander Shifflett; her son Jimmy Shifflett; and her stepsons, Dean Shifflett, Melvin Shifflett and Tommy Shifflett.
She is survived by : her daughter Trudy M. Lynch; her stepchildren, Maxine Monday and Claude Shifflett; and her brother Therman Morris. She is also survived by two grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren.
