It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Michael Kelly of Parksley, Virginia, who passed away on September 29, 2020, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Peggy; his children, Sarah Prior of Parksley, Joseph Prior (Angela) of Newport News, VA, James Kelly (Amy) of Salisbury, MD and Thomas Kelly of Salisbury, MD; his grandchildren, Andy Totty, Caleb Totty and Iris Kelly; and his siblings, Dr. Patrick Kelly (Ellen) of Ledyard, CT, Mary Kelly (Heather Peck) of Charlottesville, VA and Elizabeth Kelly Hancock (Michael) of Charlottesville, VA. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
