She was predeceased by: her father William Louis Hunter; her former husband Phillip Brown; her mother Etta Hunter Hart; her siblings, Lawrence Hunter, Moses Hunter, Alice Nell Kee, Annie Goode and Nancy Lee Taylor; and her grandchildren, Ernest Brown and Evangelist Ernest Brown.
She is survived by: her grandchild Minister Lorraine Brown-Brown; her husband Fred "Pete" Anderson; her sister Gracie Louise Hunter; her children, Phillip Brown of Thailand and Shelia Jones of Petersburg, VA; her granddaughters, Stephanie Jones of Dover, DE, Shelia Jones of Dover, DE and Lorraine Brown-Brown of Petersburg, VA; and her great grandchildren, Thaddeus Brown (Brittany Ann) of Las Vegas, NV, Taj-Aziz "Petey" Brown (Yerlin) of Raliegh, NC, Shakiel Jones of Dover, DE and Tameani Brown of East Orange, NJ. She is also survived by eleven great-great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
