Burrow of Petersburg, Virginia, born in Sussex, Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 21, 2024 at the age of 82. She was predeceased by : her parents, Eddie Barnes Sr. and Bettie E. Barnes; her husband David Burrow; her siblings, Eddie Barnes Jr., Herman Barnes and Gloria Davis; her grandchildren, Amara Barnes and Shamarki Barnes; and her great grandchild Malazjah Johnson.

She is survived by : her sons, Walter Barnes (Brenda) and Wayne Barnes; her grandchildren, Camilla Johnson Walter Barnes Jr. (John) and Jaquan Tucker; her niece Ardee Langford (Calvin); her great-nephews, Nigel Smith of South Chesterfield, Keon Langford of Chester and Kendall Langford (Cristin) of Weston, FL; and her great-niece Chanda Langford.

Viewing was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Petersburg Chapel of Johnson Funeral Home (530 S Sycamore St, Petersburg, VA 23803). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
