He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonia and Herbert'Hog'Vincent Sr.; his wife Brenda; and his siblings, Herman, Russell Vincent and Leonia Westfall.
He is survived by: his children, Hope Wiley (David), Paul Vincent Sr. (Gena) and Michael Vincent (Cathy); his grandchildren, Joshua Wiley (Makayla), Jonathan Wiley (Melissa), Caden Vincent, Paul Vincent Jr. and Alyssa Barlow; his great grandchildren, Aubree, Dallas, Natalie Wiley (Josh), Alaina Wiley (Jon) and Josie Vazquez (Alyssa); and his sister Alice Rogers. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Bright Beginnings Learning Center in Petersburg.
