She was predeceased by: her parents, Raleigh Miller and Lula Miller; her husband John E. Dixon; and her siblings, Vernett Miller, Delcenia Jenkins, Eva Shelton, Ellen Coleman, Sylvia Womack, Alma Jenkins, Ardie Lanier and Angelean Miller.
She is survived by: her children, Joyce D. Wade of Woodbridge and Sherwin Dixon of Alexandria, Virginia; her granddaughter Kristina Y. Wade; and her sisters-in-law, Dorothy Austin of Chester and Clara Crawford of Claymont, Delaware. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
