He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ann King and Walter John Hogg; his wife Earlene Hogg; his son Justin Hogg (Jennifer Hogg); and his grandson Connor Hogg.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Alvin Small Funeral Homes and Crematory - Petersburg (3935 S Crater Rd, Petersburg, VA 23805).
