He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Jake Osborne and Myrtle Stanley Burge; his wife Mary Cox Osborne; and his children, Melissa Keffer, Sarah Levan, Chris Obsorne and Mark Osborne. He was also cherished by eleven grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and sister and brother-in-law.
