She was predeceased by: her parents, James McCotter and Lottie McCotter. She is survived by: her daughters, Jenna Fahrer (Conrad) and Meredith Prue (Jason); her brother Walter Smith; her grandchildren, Devan and Darren Prue; and her great grandchildren, Braxton, Rosalee and Ezra Prue.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Simonsdale Presbyterian Church (5016 Vick St, Portsmouth, VA 23701).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the "Resident Council Fund" at Our Lady of Perpetual Help or to the "Hospice Enhancement Fund" at Westminster Canterbury Hospice in Angela McCotter's name.
