It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ann Woodard (Portsmouth, Virginia), who passed away on October 11, 2021, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Steven Harris Woodard and Sudie Mae Woodard. She is survived by : her aunt Shelia Woodard of Rockville, MD; and also Sudie Mae Armstrong Woodard. She is also survived by cousins, church members, and friends.
