He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis E. Parker and Cary Myers Parker; and his brother Louis Edgar Parker (Sara Garrett Parker). He is survived by: his wife Patricia Rae "Patsy" Parker; his daughters, Cara Parker of Sutherland, VA and Rev. H. Kimberly Parker of Hannibal, Missouri; his stepdaughters, Tracy Butler (Lee) and Shannon Ewers; his sister-in-law Paulette Parker; his brothers, Marshall Parker (Patti) and Ronald Parker (Theresa); his grandchildren, Crystal Butts, Kyle Butler, Alyssa Ewers, Connor Butler and Courtney Myers; and his great grandchildren, Reagan, Savannah, Liam, Avery, Penelope, David and Grey.
Instead of flowers, a scholarship will be established in Coach Parker's memory.
