She is survived by : her husband Johnnie Riggs; her son Christopher Riggs; and her brothers, Darell Nipper, Jerry Nipper, Raymond Nipper and Rodney Nipper. She is also survived by five grandchildren; three great grandchildren; and many extended family members and friends.
