He was predeceased by: his parents, James L. Tucker, Sr. and Rachel Demiel Tucker. He is survived by: his sisters, Irma Archie (Larry) and Almeda Tucker (Chris); and his aunt Helen Marie Demiel Williams. He is also survived by relatives, friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at 2215 Chestnut St, Portsmouth, VA 23704.
