She was predeceased by : her parents, Shirley Evans Arrington and Gene C. Arrington, Jr.; her stepfather Marshall Miller Sr.; and her brother Gene Arrington III. She is survived by : her nephew Shawn Conley; her husband Robert Bowling of Portsmouth; her daughter Tiffany Ogburn Lentz (Larry) of Norfolk; her stepson Jason Bowling of Suffolk; and her sisters, Linda Womack of Chesapeake and Susan Boyd (Charles "Chuck") of Suffolk.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Portsmouth Humane Society in her name.
