With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Juanita Louise Wiggins of Portsmouth, Virginia, who passed away on November 1, 2021 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Edward Lofland and Dora McLawhorn; and her husband Earl G. Wiggins. She is survived by : her daughter Jennifer L. Wiggins; and her sister Joan Butler. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Portsmouth Humane Society.
