He is survived by : his wife Bonnie Sampson; his children, Jeffrey Sampson (Renata), Gail Sampson and Amy Sampson (Jeff George); his stepson Scott Weise (Lanette); his grandchildren, Sarah Sampson, Hannah Sampson, Audra Wendel and Alana Weise; his son-in-law Michael Wendel; and his sister-in-law Francine Goldstein.
