With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Marcia Louise Rull (Portsmouth, Virginia), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parent Carolynne S.; her daughter Carolynne Frances Callahan Butler; her brother Michael Fitzwater; her husband Bernard Carson Rull Jr.; her stepchildren, Bernard Rull III and Cara Lynn Whitfield; her sister Carol Fitzwater Hudson (Timothy); and her grandchildren, Tia, Nicholas, Devon, Cieara, Tiffany, Lane and Savannah. She was also cherished by five great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Sturtevant Funeral Home (5201 Portsmouth Blvd, Portsmouth, VA 23701).
In lieu of flowers donations may be offered to the Portsmouth Humane Society.
