It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norma Roberts Spencer (Portsmouth, Virginia), born in Buckingham, Virginia, who passed away on August 7, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her children, Robert of Surry, VA and Lamar S. Hall (Warren) of Houston, TX; her sister Ruby Stinson McMillan; and also Spencer (Renee) of Surry, VA. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, nephews, and friends.

Memorial contributions can be made to Grove Park Baptist Church in lieu of flowers.
