It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ollie Bean Glodis of Portsmouth, Virginia, born in Newport News, Virginia, who passed away on May 11, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ida Viola Bean and Alton Harrison Bean; her sister Edna; and her brother-in-law Eugene Beacham. She is survived by: her daughter Debra L. Martin; her son-in-law Michael L. Martin; her grandsons, Trenton L. Martin (Elizabeth) and Jordan L. Martin (Juhanna); her brother Ronald H. Bean (Virginia); and her niece Dr. Cindy V. Beacham (Neal Shambaugh). She is also survived by 3 children (her great-grandchildren.
