It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Patricia Rae Tonkin of Portsmouth, Virginia, who passed away on April 14, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Frank C. Tonkin and Kate Lee Tonkin. She is survived by : her sister Cheryl Tonkin-Maxwell (Jack); her niece Kylelyn Kate Kirk; and her great-niece Teresa Dallas Kirk.

A memorial service was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Portsmouth Boulevard Chapel (5201 Portsmouth Blvd, Portsmouth, VA 23701).

In lieu of flowers donations can be made in her name to St. Jude's Children's Hospital, CHKD (Norfolk, VA), or Portsmouth SPCA.
