He was predeceased by : his parents, Levi W. Holbert and Manila Holbert; and his son Phillip Levi Holbert. He is survived by : his wife Ada M. Holbert; and his children, Vickie G. Gaitley, Paul Holbert, Jr. (Sandra), Mark A. Holbert (Sandy), Mike Holbert (Tasha) and Anthony Holbert (Rhonda). He is also survived by three sisters; three brothers; fifteen grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren; and one great-great grandson.
