She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Knight and Nettie Knight; her spouse Cecil B. Conaway; and her sons, William Conaway, LeCounte Conaway and Baby Conaway.
She is survived by: her daughter Toye Conaway Collins; her children-in-law, Manoah, Adrienne and Renee; her grandchildren, Kimberly, Jordan (Chantell), Brian (Amber), Kristen (Ja'Mir), Brittany, William, Teyah and Michael (Rachel); and her great grandchildren, Kennedy, Elijah, Kaydence, Evelyn and Ja'Mir. She is also survived by several godchildren, nieces, nephews, and a host of family and friends.
Her community involvement included Heart Foundation Volunteer, Event Catering, Neighborhood Mom, and an I.C. Norcom High School Band Parent for three generations the 60s, 70s, & 80s!
