Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Fisher Funeral Home (1520 Effingham St, Portsmouth, VA 23704). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
