It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia Robbins of Portsmouth, Virginia, who passed away on June 20, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her husband Thomas Hamilton "Hamp" Robbins; and her parents, Lilly Fipps and Wilbur Holland Fipps. She is survived by : her daughter Mary Gwendolyn Robbins Tharrington (Teddy Tharrington); and her grandson T. J.. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
