She is survived by: her parents, Carl Joe Johnson and Barbara Ethel Johnson of Richlands, Virginia.; her husband Elmer Shinall; her daughters, Hallie and Whitney Shinall; her siblings, Angelia Collins (Scott) of Claypool Hill, VA, Kaitlyn Elkins (Tanner) of Raven, VA, Emily Johnson of Richlands, VA, Christopher Johnson (Chyrl) of Tazewell, VA, Nicholas Johnson, Jeffery Johnson (Leta) of Cedar Bluff, VA, Bryan Johnson (Stephanie) of Bluefield, WV and Tyler Johnson (Tiarra) of Raven, VA; her sister-in-law Janie Plumley (Giles); and her close friend Misty Coleman of Lebanon, VA.
