She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Bell and Marie Alfred Bell; and her husband Theodore R. Moore, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Ann Martin of Powhatan, Susan Shifflett (Terry) of Shenandoah and T. Clyde "Pete" Moore of Richmond; her cousin Tommy Alfred (Terry) of Covington; and her friend Pam Moore. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren.
