He was predeceased by: his parents, Danny Irving and Lena Mae Vaughan; and his son Nathan Vaughan. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Boelte Vaughan; his children, Chad Vaughan (Robin) of Blackstone and Crystal Powell (Daylon) of Victoria; his stepchildren, Brandy Park (Hyo) of Midlothian and Kristen Borgerding (Zach) of Powhatan; his daughter-in-law Heather Vaughan; his sister Shirley Smith of Richmond; and his friend Dave King. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, two nieces.
