It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joseph Paul Skalsky Jr. of Powhatan, Virginia, who passed away on October 22, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by : his children, Pattie Stabley (Ben) and Joseph William Donahay (Tammy); his grandchildren, Melissa Bragg (Joseph), Katelynn Donahay, Lindsey Turner (Chase), Correy Stabley and Calista White (Benjamin); his great grandchildren, Victoria Bragg, Caleb Bragg, Logan Bragg, Aveleen Bragg, Jasper Bragg and Waylon Turner; and his brother Robert Skalsky (Vivian).

In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions be made to Red Lane Baptist Church Building Fund.
