It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tonya Louise Purcell of Prince George, Virginia, who passed away on October 23, 2022, at the age of 43, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Larry M. Purcell; and her grandparents, Robert Purcell, Freddie and Barbara Harvin. She is survived by: her mother Althea Baldwin Purcell of Prince George, VA; her son Joel; her siblings, Thea L. White (Timothy), Raven Garrett, Deja Purcell, Someher Purcell, Maurice D. Purcell of Prince George, VA and Larry M. Purcell, Jr.; her grandmother Judy Purcell of Abdeem, N. C.; and her aunts and uncles, Lenberneta Love, Priscilla Christian, Alison Durant, Adrienne Curtis, Angela McMillan, Gregory Love, Sylvester Durant, Freddie, Arthur Harvin and Lamont Evans. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
