It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Winton Dave Sisson (Prospect, Virginia), born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on May 26, 2019, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Athey and Doris Jeanne Sisson; and his brother Carvie Richard Sisson. He is survived by: his wife Vicky Daniel Sisson; his stepdaughter Crystal Tappen of Farmville, VA; his sisters, Amy L. Waugh (Robert) and Beth E. Janschek (James) of Waldorf, MD; his sister-in-law Cindy Brisentine Fulk; and his pet Kimme.
