It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Toni Lynn Smalley (Providence Forge, Virginia), who passed away on August 14, 2021, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father William Redford Jr.; and her siblings, Teresa Martin, Shirley Redford and Scotty Redford. She is survived by: her mother Janet Wilkes; her children, Robert "Robbie" (Jamie) and Ashley; her grandchildren, Faith, CJ, Brenden, Walker and Daisy; and her sibling's children, Joey, Heather and Nikie. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
