With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Burley Wayne Henley of Pulaski, Virginia, who passed away on March 1, 2022 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Burley Henley and Oleta Marshall Henley; his siblings, Elga Henley, Michael Henley, Bonnie Faye Smith and Gertrude Hodge; and his siblings-in-law, Elizabeth Anderson and Theodore Hoback.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Dianne Henley; his pet Joy Anna (JoJo); his children, Terry Wayne Henley, Hiwassee, Teresa Ann Urie (Brian) and Lisa Rena Henley-Daniel (Deanna); his grandchildren, Christopher Wayne Henley, Radford, Crystal Dawn Freeman, Marc Anthony Taylor, Blacksburg, Bryan Daniel (Amber) and Wytheville; his great grandchildren, Joshua Whitaker, Kayleigh Freeman, Jaxon Taylor, Declan Taylor, Morgan Taylor and Tristan Taylor; his brother Vernon Henley (Hiwassee); and his sister-in-law Kathy Donithan (Christiansburg).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations may be sent to the St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
